Official invitation to the General Assembly (GA) of the International Symmetry Society
Dear International Symmetry Society Member:
The General Assembly will be on Sept, 12 at 9 p.m. in the Conference Lounge of the Imperial Belvedere Hotel at Hersonissos of Heraklion, Crete, in the framework of the 9th Society Congress at the same place (September 9-15, 2013).
If we do not have the majority of members there, i.e., we do not have a quorum, the General Assembly will be on Sept. 13 at 9 p.m. at the same place, with the same agenda.
By law, in this second case the General Assembly may make valid decisions, even in that case if we do not have a quorum.

The scanned articles from the early International Symmetry Society journal ‘Culture and Science’ are now available here on line. Simply click on the ‘Journals’ tab at the top of the page. This was a very large effort, but we now have these important papers integrated into the indexes for our early electronic journal, ‘Visual Mathematics.’
There are some very valuable papers here.
Feel free to contact me (tedg *at* alum.mit.edu) for help in mining this resource.

Visual Mathematics has moved!
The electronic journal of the International Symmetry Society is no longer supported in Belgrade, and has been moved here for better access and stability. We have completely reindexed the entire journal, making it easier for members and scholars to access the papers. We are also performing some coding voodoo that makes these papers more visible to search engines. Go to the new index of the papers here, and the art here.
Concurrently, we are working to put up all the print papers from ‘Culture and Science.’ This is a lot of clerical work and we could use some help.
