The General Assembly will be held by Skype conference on 27th October 2018 (Saturday) at UTC-time 12:00 = Athens 14:00, Budapest 13:00, New York 7:00, Adelaide 21:30, Tokyo 20:00, Buenos Aires 8:00
If we do not have the majority of members in that time, i.e., we do not have a quorum, the General Assembly will be on 27 October 2018 at UTC.time 12:30 with the same agenda. By law, in this second case the General Assembly may make valid decisions, even in that case if we do not have a quorum.
