(ii) Orthogonal projection (right projection) Orthogonal projection drawing takes apart shapes into the scenes that are seen from various directions touching perpendicularly, such as parallel plane, solid plane, and side plane, and records them correctly. The good point about this method is even the shape is taken apart and it is easy to get the real length and the real shape.
(iii) Equal measurement and oblique projection It is hard to express the situation of solid sense
in nature by separated expressions of parallel plane, solid plane, and
side plane. So in a mixed way, a method is necessary that can express the
whole shape of a solid and its real measurements. Equal measurement and
oblique projection are applied to this desire, and it is thought that three
planes of a square cube such as an equal cube can be seen as one shape.
Orthogonal projection is the method that doesn't render the complete shape
until three divided illustrations are constructed into one in the mind,
however, this method can express the shape as one that has length. Therefore,
a strong reality can be felt and it is also convenient to know the form
and measurement of major shapes correctly. In the case of a cube, it is
obvious how important the expression of the real length is.
